Responsibilities:

• Assist customers through the sales process.
• Engage with customers to understand their wireless needs and preferences.
• Recommend and sell wireless products and services that best suit customers' requirements.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answer inquiries, and resolve issues.
• Educate customers on the latest wireless technology and product features.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales environment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals.

Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Availability to work flexible scheduling

Relative work experience in any of the following roles:
Retail
Customer service

Product Representation
