The Position:

As the Marketing Specialist at Panorama Eyecare, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to deliver the best eyecare. The Role

The Marketing Specialist will contribute to the fulfillment of Panorama Eyecare’s mission statement as a search engine optimization expert and content creator for multiple eye care clinics. The specialist is responsible for SEO and copywriting for multiple websites, graphic design and content creation, reputation management, and ensuring the content shared increases the company’s brand visibility and reputation. This person will work collaboratively with our affiliated clinics and community partners to plan and execute successful digital campaigns. 

• Search Engine Optimization - check search terms, rankings, and analytics to monitor performance of websites and execute changes to improve sites.
• Make technical recommendations to improve website speed.
• Write and edit blogs, web pages, and newsletter content tailored to different audiences.
• Ensure online listing profiles are up to date with accurate, engaging content.
• Assists in graphic design needs for Panorama Eyecare and all our partner clinics/locations.
• Works with Web developer to optimize all websites for SEO.
• Assists with reputation management efforts with partner clinics/individual locations.
• Manages digital media archives.
• Coordinate community events throughout our markets.
• Ensures brand compliance for digital assets and copy.
• Works with affiliated clinics and community partners on co-branded campaigns and their individual needs while supporting the overall mission of Panorama Eyecare.
• Collaborate with content creators of affiliated brands.
• Administers and develops graphic content for our digital signage application.
• Assists with the development and execution of marketing campaigns for partner clinics.
• Manages and creates technical documents and print marketing assets.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Performance/Skills Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO), keyword research, and Google Analytics.

• Ability to create reports to drive content decision making based on web KPI’s.

• Experience with content management systems for web design (Wordpress preferred)

• Copywriting skills for editing web pages, blogs, and social media posts.

• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications for digital asset creation (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Lightroom) preferred.

• Ability to coordinate, disseminate and communicate essential information to all parties involved.

• Excellent critical thinking, analytical, interpersonal, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.  

• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, Linked-In, Twitter and Facebook.  

• Ability to use social media for impressions and brand awareness.

Requirements

Who You Are

•  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Communications, or related field preferred, two - five years of experience with search engine optimization and content creation or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
•  Prior experience in medical practice marketing a plus.
•  Team-oriented, collaborative content creator.
•  Self-motivated, energetic, dynamic and out-of-the-box thinker.
•  Excellent time management skills.
•  Focused on improving the patient experience through education, with world class customer service skills.

Additional Job Details

• Hybrid position - works at our office locations in Fort Collins or Denver, CO, our partner clinic locations, and remote 
• This is a Full-Time Position.
• Some travel between clinic locations from Cheyenne, WY through Denver to Colorado Springs, CO.
• Compensation for this role will be $50,000 to $60,000 annually.
