Responsibilities

• Assist with internal and external marketing and communications tasks and projects, while representing the Hancock brand and values
• Oversee content and ad production process including distribution, deadlines and digital filing
• Manage inventory and ordering process for marketing gear and promotional items
• Gather, track and report key marketing data and metrics
• Ongoing maintenance of the marketing database
• Executive team projects as needed, and other marketing projects and tasks as assigned
• Manage Board of Directors planning and logistics including assembly of board packet, event planning, and liaison to directors as needed
• Create and and assemble power point presentations as needed for board meetings, executive team, and marketing

Requirements

• Work with enthusiasm, initiative, and a high-level of personal energy
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including customer service for internal and external customers
• High level attention to detail, self-motivated, and organized
• Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks with varied timelines – excellent time management skills
• Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Knowledge of CMS—such as Wordpress—preferred, along with familiarity with analytic tools such as Google Analytics
• Tech-savvy, willing to learn new things, and a passion for making things better
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
