Position Summary:We are hiring a Marketing Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible forimplementing effective marketing strategies to promote FlexShopper. They will report directly tothe Marketing Manager and assist them with several tasks including but not limited to: managingmarketing campaigns via social media, email and digital advertisements, project management,and coordinating/working with outside agencies on multiple projects. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Marketing Specialist will coordinate both marketing campaign and merchandising activity.

• Implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital
• campaigns, and events
• Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. e-commerce and creative team) to
• develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
• Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
• Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums
• Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs

Education, Experience and Technical Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or Communications preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in marketing. Preferably in the direct-to-consumer or home goods space.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with SEO and managing Google and Social Ads, Display and Connected TV are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytical software such as Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and Content Management Systems
• Experience with social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
• Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis.

Qualifications

Qualifications for Marketing Specialist:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Skilled in writing and editing content with attention to detail.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Solid foundation in digital marketing principles and social media strategy
• Ability to take direction and understand the brand image.
• Results-driven and able to work with the cross-function teams to achieve sales.
