What You'll Do:

• Perform consecutive 30-45 minute quality massage therapy sessions
• Deliver high-quality care, connection, and a consistent experience to every client who walks through our doors to grow relationships and memberships.
• Use your clinical reasoning and judgment to deliver best-in-class soft tissue therapy and create action plans to help clients do what they love longer.
• Seek your client’s symptoms, medical history, and treatment goals.
• Develop and communicate personalized treatment plans for each of your clients.
• Accurately document your client's conditions and progress by completing charting expectations.
• Utilize available technology and software to enhance your client’s engagement.
• Adhere to clinic business processes and workflows.
• Promote our chiropractors and cross-refer to each other.
• Build your local relationships and partnership referral sources and delight clients to encourage referrals to support the development of your caseload.
• Participate in ongoing mentorship and clinical education from within the organization and external resources.
• Partner with your Clinic Team Manager and CEO continuously to determine the level of support and training required to help you grow.
• Regularly reconnect with clients who have dropped off care to see if we can do anything for them and keep us on top of their minds.
• Contribute to your team by collaborating on written, audio and video content for the website and across our social channels.
• Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas

Who We're Looking For

• Must be qualified to BTEC / NVQ Level 4 or equivalent certifications (International qualifications welcome)
• Knowledge of Swedish, or Deep Tissue, or Sports Massage techniques
• Experience in Soft Tissue Massage Therapy or Sports Massage.
• Willingness to learn more advanced techniques from our training programme.
• Able to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
• You put your client's needs first, as demonstrated through behaviours such as co-managing and referring clients to other clinicians when appropriate, following up with clients after appointments, and managing outreach to "dropped" clients.
• You are coachable, an advocate of your growth and development, and eager to learn from your clinic director, senior chiropractor and partners.
• You take personal responsibility in everything you do, and you love to be held and hold each other accountable to high standards of behaviour and performance. You thrive in an environment where measurement and feedback drive accomplishment, recognition and reward.
