Job Description:

Arrive to work on time, ready to work and attend daily huddles

Ensures proper guest flow

Recommends home care products and return appointment for maximum wellness benefits

Ensures a positive, consistent guest experience

Supports the Department Lead and Spa Director

Is organized and pays attention to detail, always making sure the Spa environment is tidy and comfortable for the day.
