About Us:

We are a franchise that is part of the largest boat club in the world. The boat club started in 1989 and now has over 400 locations! At our six local locations, we pride ourselves on providing a country club atmosphere and creating unforgettable memories for our members and their guests.

Responsibilities:

As a dockhand at our facility, you will be crucial in ensuring our members have a seamless and enjoyable boating experience. Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing daily reservations.
• Preparing boats, ensuring they are clean and ready on time.
• Conducting member checkouts and check-ins.
• Assisting members with loading and boarding.
• Verifying reservations for the following day.
• Assisting with docking when members return.
• Recording gas usage and charging members accordingly.
• Helping members with unloading.
• Cleaning and staging boats for the next use.
• Fueling boats as needed.
• Securing boats for the night.
• Maintaining a clean and tidy office, boats, and docks.
• Record and report all member comments and issues.
