Materials Control Manager manages daily operations and planning to optimize the flow of raw materials, supplies, and equipment from initial procurement to the final disposition and fulfill material requirements for volume, cost, and scheduling business operations. Uses material requirement plans to ensure the required flow of materials is maintained. Being a Materials Control Manager coordinates procurement, warehouse, and distribution operations to improve operational efficiencies and workflows crucial to the flow of materials. Monitors operations and troubleshoots and resolves operational roadblocks. Additionally, Materials Control Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Materials Control Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Responsibilities:
- Conduct pest control treatments in residential and commercial properties
- Inspect premises for signs of pests and determine the appropriate treatment plan
- Apply pesticides and other pest control products to eliminate infestations
- Set traps and monitor pest activity
- Provide recommendations to prevent future pest problems
- Communicate with customers to explain treatment procedures and address any concerns
Experience:
- Licensed Branch II Field Rep and QAL required. Previous experience in pest control or a related field is required.
- Knowledge of common pests and their behaviors
- Ability to drive to different locations for service calls
- Strong sales skills to upsell additional services or products
