The Materials Research Laboratory (MRL) at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign is seeking an Assistant Director for Administration to provide high-level management support to the leadership team including strategic leadership and planning. The position will be responsible for oversight and activities related to procurement and inventory, provide management support to the MRL sponsored project portfolio, provide business continuity for times when the Associate Director for Administration is unavailable, and represent MRL at both internal and external meetings and events.
