As we prepare to open our store in Harlingen, we are looking for an Area Manager that will lead our teams.

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple locations within a designated area, ensuring operational excellence and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives

- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including profit and loss statements

- Lead management initiatives to drive operational efficiency

- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of managers and staff

- Drive business development efforts to expand market presence

- Oversee sales activities and ensure targets are met

- Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of multiple locations

- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity
