Performs assignments of a complicated nature. Leads engineering subtasks involving the design, fabrication / manufacture, and verification of systems, processes, equipment and/or facilities to optimize warehouse space utilization and minimize material handling. The scope of tasks can involve mechanical systems (racking, part presentation, area layout, etc.) and electronic systems (WM configuration, MRP system optimization, part picking algorithms, etc.).
