We have an opportunity in our Wood-Ridge, NJ location for an experienced ceramic engineer or material scientist who will help us to develop and deliver material systems and processes to advance our leading position in the ceramic core manufacturing industry.
Major Responsibilities:As a Senior Material Scientist, you will help to develop, test, and characterize ceramic formulations for injection molding applications. In this role, you will work closely with our PA Material Control Lab on raw material selection, develop new, or improve on existing ceramic core materials, develop processing and design solutions to meet our customer needs, guide junior engineers and technicians, and transfer / scale up new technologies to a production environment.
