Summary:
We are seeking a Burn Table Programmer/Procurement Supervisor to join our team and play a major role in the manufacturing of specialty hydraulic excavator equipment. We would like to talk to you if you are organized, detail oriented and have enthusiasm for heavy equipment. A background in fabrication and a strong mechanical aptitude is necessary.

Requirements: Associate Degree and/or 5 years equivalent work experience Proficient in AutoCAD and industry drafting standards. ProNest experience helpful. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Specifically Excel and Word. Familiarity with fabrication equipment: (burn table, press brake, overhead crane, steel plate) Ability to understand engineered drawings and work orders that will help you determine the material needed to complete each job. Problem solving, communication and technical writing skills. Self-motivated and able to work with others within a fast-paced work environment. Able to lift, carry, push and/or pull up to 75 lbs. Able to drive a forklift.

Responsibilities: Check drawings and plate requirements for each job. Program plasma cutting burn table Collaborate with fabrication personnel to create daily burn table schedule and assure its accuracy. Manage burn part locations, their identity and proper staging. Ensure proper QC measures with burn table operator. Maintain and organize the inventory of steel plate and drops Work with outside vendors as it pertains to the procurement of material and its effect on the production schedule Assist burn table operator as needed. This is a "hands on" position.
