Help with the logistics of supplier integration, staging material, and collecting new products from storage locations. Assist manufacturing and material teams improving PFEP, fulfillment streams throughout the facility. This involves preparing picking operations, testing different designs, and working with internal teams during the manufacturing cell designs process and qualifications. Applicant for this position must possess good communication and problem-solving skills who overcomes potential obstacles. Responsibilities Represent materials in engineering changes and directives while delivering exceptional results. Update JD Edwards Plan For Every Part (PFEP). Interact with new product development and change notice groups to ensure smooth integration into the factory. Work across various disciplines, possess good communication skills, and thrive in an environment that’s goal / results oriented. Improve visual management of the supermarket(s) and warehouse. Work with Buyer / Planners and the supply chain to improve continuity of supply. Facilitate lifting equipment projects to improve ergonomics and productivity of warehouse employees. Improve warehouse storage capabilities and parts presentation to improve efficiencies and exceed plant objectives. Conduct time studies Work with supply chain management, suppliers, and packaging suppliers to meet our packaging guidelines / goals. Establish an effective and efficient work sequence. Carry out changes made by material engineers. Develop standardized design criteria across all product lines. Work closely with teams involved in the manufacturing and implementation processes of product packaging, helping them with any technical guidance and support they may need. Operate label and printing machines REQUIREMENTS High School Degree required Strong organizational and communication skills Work independently Proficient with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office programs KEY SKILLS Attention to detail – keen attention to detail is important.
