    Funciones/calificaciones esenciales:
    • Poseer una licencia de conducir comercial válida clase A o B
    • Mínimo de 1 año de experiencia de conductor comercial consistente
    • Capacidad de levantar 75 libras
    • Capacidad física de llevar a cabo las tareas del trabajo
    • Llegar a trabajar puntualmente cuando esté programado
    • Habilidad de inspeccionar los camiones diariamente y verificar que estén cargados y que la carga esté apropiadamente sujetada al salir de las instalaciones, de conformidad con las normas de la compañía y del DOT
    • Habilidad de descargar, proteger, mover y ubicar los materiales según las instrucciones del cliente
    • Fuerte capacidad de atención al cliente
    • Historial de manejo seguro
    • Comprensión y conocimiento básicos de la operación de camiones piggy-back, camiones furgón y camiones montacargas
    • Comprensión y conocimiento básico de los materiales de construcción
    • Cumplimiento de todas las reglas y reglamentos de seguridad de la compañía y de las normas de OSHA
    • Respaldar los valores de nuestra compañía en las áreas de seguridad, concentración en el cliente, trabajo en equipo, integridad y ser la compañía preferida de los empleados y los clientes
    • Se buscan candidatos confiables con una excelente ética de trabajo
    • Capaz de trabajar 40-50 horas por semana
    • Se podrán asignar otros deberes.
    • Después de recibir una oferta de empleo condicional, usted debe pasar una prueba para detectar drogas/un examen físico/una averiguación de antecedentes.
    Otras responsabilidades:
    • Es posible que se exija capacitación adicional, como para operar camiones grúa con pescante, montacargas y otros equipos específicos.
    • Demostrar capacidad de liderazgo ya que es posible que se le pida que dirija y supervise dentro de su departamento.
