We have an immediate need for a Material Service Coordinator on 2nd shift for our New Castle, IN office. QUALIFICATIONS:

Ability to organize and manage people in a fast-paced and high-volume production facility. Must be able to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and have strong leadership skills. Applicant should be team oriented and have good understanding of inventory control with solid communication skills (verbal and written).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate the handling and warehousing of production materials and finished goods.
• Responsible for receiving and inspection of incoming goods.
• Maintain physical storage and handling systems in the warehouse.
• Supervise order filling, shipment of product, and maintenance of inventory and shipping records.
• Meet production and quality objectives.
• Serves as the liaison between departments regarding shipping and receiving activity.
• Oversee checking, packing, crating, banding, labeling, and weighing of orders for shipment.
• Schedule, lead, and oversee physical inventory.
• Countermeasure any production downtime due to missing or miss staged parts.
• Supervise preparation of bill of ladings and other forms.
• Responsible for the overall accuracy of on hand delivery.
• Support development of 5S, TPM, and Kaizen programs.
• Ensure safe operations.
• Have the ability to establish and execute a monthly plan.
