Team members will be required to service a select area to develop New Customer opportunities and maintain and grow existing customers in ALL areas of our business: Service, Parts, Shop, Rentals and Equipment Sales.

Responsibilities

• Introduce, promote and keep visible our company’s products and services through the use of promotional marketing items; Sales blitzes; email; direct mail, etc. – sell the Dealership!
• Sell and prepare SM Agreements, CSA programs, parts consignments and road service to customers.
• Sell Safety and Operator Training program – Safety on the Move and sell technical training to customers who perform their own maintenance. Distribute service bulletins and technical updates as necessary.
• Develop and market Shop jobs – repairs or rebuilds that are more cost effective for the customer to have work performed in the shop.
• Market Awareness – Survey, collect and manage information about the area that is necessary to the advancement of our division and corporate goals. Work with customers to ensure a positive response to vendor and company surveys.
• Record, investigate and inform proper personnel of disposition of customer complaints and in a timely manner.
• Compile lists of prospective customers for use as parts and service sales leads, based on information from capital equipment sales, ad inquiries, trade shows, direct mail responses, aged leads, business directories, internet web sites and other resources.
