May direct community outreach programs to deliver women's health information and education. Additionally, Maternity Services Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. Requires registered nurse (RN). The Maternity Services Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. SCHEDULE: Primarily a day shift Monday-Friday. Must be able to attend evening/weekend meetings and events. Must be available 24/7 for emergencies and/or agency/program oversite.
