May direct community outreach programs to deliver women's health information and education. Additionally, Maternity Services Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. Requires registered nurse (RN). The Maternity Services Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity.
