Your Role:

As the Family Services Director, you'll play a pivotal role in supervising case managers, facilitating communication between our school and families, and ensuring the implementation of family-driven care practices. You'll oversee treatment plans, participate in interdisciplinary meetings, and coordinate family events to foster community connections.

Requirements:

• LCSW or LMHC required.
• Minimum of two years' experience as a case manager preferred.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Leadership skills to guide multidisciplinary staff and coordinate interdisciplinary care.
• Passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver's license.
