Customer Service Representative

Duties:

- Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers with order entry, product information, and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the database.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Perform clerical and administrative tasks such as filing, data collection, and transcribing.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables and analyze data.

Skills:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from different departments.
- Problem-solving skills to address customer issues and find appropriate solutions.
