Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong computer literacy skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the ability to transcribe and proofread documents. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Duties:
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- Create and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain databases
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting
- Conduct research and compile data as needed
- Handle incoming calls, take messages, and redirect inquiries to appropriate parties
- Provide general administrative support to the executive team
Requirements:
- Proficiency in using DocuSign, Google Suite, and other office software
- Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to transcribe accurately and proofread documents for errors
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
