Works with the management team to develop “best” schedules and executes a staffing plan that makes best use of hours and talent. Right people in the right place at the right time. Monitor and enforce customer service standards for the Meat Department Schedules and executes effective and efficient labor. Job Functions: Champions effective expense control, proper ordering, proactive shrink control and production standards that assure both quality and quantity compliance. Maximizing sales through customer satisfaction, department cleanliness, suggestive selling and an outstanding customer experience. Assist in identifying and recommending career opportunities for employees’ development, allowing the company to meet the needs of the business level for now and in the future.
