Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Supervisor to join our team. As the Quality Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations. Your expertise in quality assurance and your ability to analyze data and implement effective quality control measures will be crucial to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Oversee all aspects of the quality control process, including product inspections, testing, and documentation
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality goals and objectives
- Train and educate employees on quality systems and procedures
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions as necessary
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in quality management systems

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, including HACCP principles and GFSI Standards
- Familiarity with FDA regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends or patterns
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to fabricate effective solutions to complex quality issues
- Experience in conducting quality inspections is preferred
