Responsibilities:
Servicing Customers by packaging meat items and taking and filling orders in person and over the phone.
Keeping Meat area clean and organized.
Stocking and maintaining the retail cases.
Repackaging bulk frozen items for the frozen retail case.
Vacuum sealing meats.
- Proficiency in basic math skills, including retail math
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in portioning and packaging meats
- Knowledge of proper sanitation practices in a food service setting
