Responsibilities :

• Be the embodiment of our commitment to exceptional food and service, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects our passion for quality and leaves a lasting impression.
• Oversee all aspects of retail operations, from inventory management and ordering to scheduling and presentation, with meticulous attention to detail to uphold our standards of excellence.
• Lead a team of sales associates, sharing your passion for food and providing guidance and support to help them deliver memorable experiences for our customers.

Hiring, training, and supervising a team of skilled butchers and sales staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

• Curate an enticing selection of products and create captivating displays that showcase the beauty and versatility of our meats, enticing customers to explore new flavors and culinary possibilities.
• Cultivate relationships with customers, engaging with them to understand their preferences, share your knowledge and enthusiasm for food and meat, and provide personalized recommendations that elevate their shopping experience.
• Stay at the forefront of food trends and industry developments, continuously expanding your own knowledge and sharing insights with the team to ensure we're offering the latest and greatest to our customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with grace and professionalism, going above and beyond to address their needs and exceed their expectations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotions, events, and campaigns that celebrate our love of food and engage with our community, both online and in-store.
• Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations in the butcher shop.
• Handling administrative tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and reporting to senior management.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in the food industry, with a demonstrated passion for exceptional food and a deep appreciation for the art of butchery, including meat cuts, butchery techniques, and food safety standards..
• Strong leadership skills and a knack for inspiring and motivating a team to deliver outstanding service and achieve sales targets, fueled by your genuine love of food and commitment to excellence.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with customers on a personal level, share your enthusiasm for food, and provide expert guidance and recommendations.
• Impeccable attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring that every aspect of the butcher shop's operations runs smoothly and efficiently.
