Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the operations of our retail store. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in store management and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets
- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support
- Ensure excellent customer service by training staff on product knowledge and resolving customer complaints or issues
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accurate inventory counts
- Create and maintain visual merchandising displays to enhance the overall store appearance
- Oversee store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security protocols
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive repeat business
- Collaborate with the Assistant Manager to schedule staff shifts and manage payroll
- Interview, hire, and train new employees
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
