As a Dishwasher/Porter, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in our kitchen as well as assist the kitchen team with food prep. Responsibilities:
- Assist with various tasks in the kitchen to ensure smooth operations
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashing equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area
- Empty trash containers regularly
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Skills:
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques is a plus
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
