Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team in the food industry. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for preparing and packaging various cuts of meat in a restaurant or kitchen setting. This is a hands-on role that requires expertise in food production, culinary skills, and adherence to food safety standards.

Responsibilities:
- Cut, trim, and portion different types of meat according to customer specifications
- Use knives and other cutting tools to prepare meat for cooking or packaging
- Package and label meat products for display or storage
- Ensure proper storage and handling of meat products to maintain freshness and quality
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the cutting area
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely preparation of orders
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines to prevent cross-contamination

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Meat Cutter or similar role in the food industry
- Strong knowledge of different cuts of meat and their characteristics
- Proficient knife skills and ability to handle cutting tools safely
- Familiarity with food production processes and culinary techniques
- Understanding of food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
