    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Plumbing Project Manager / Estimator to join our team. As a Plumbing Project Manager / Estimator, you will be responsible for analyzing project requirements, creating accurate cost estimates, and overseeing project coordination from start to finsih. Your expertise in construction estimating and project management will be essential in ensuring the successful completion of our construction projects.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage commercial plumbing projects from start to completion to include preparation of estimates & takeoffs, purchasing of material, leasing equipment and scheduling employees.
    • Work with clients, design professionals and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
    • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials.
    • Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, scope of work outlines, equipment information to ensure all aspects of a project align with the client's needs, industry standards, code requirements and design intent.
    • Review site conditions with field trades to address any challenges to completion of work delivery of equipment & materials on site.
    • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.
    • Maintain regular communication with the client's management team, and adjust schedule and manpower requirements as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 5 years' experience in construction management / estimating for commercial plumbing projects.
    • Proven experience with managing commercial plumbing projects in the $100,000 to $2,000,000 range.
    • Strong ability to read and interpret construction documents and execute project based on scope of work requirements, specifications and schedules.
    • Excellent organizational, leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
    • Good computer skills with strong working knowledge of Word, Adobe, Excel & Outlook
    • Proficient in Navisworks with knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit for BIM Coordination & modeling
    • Professional Certifications such as a Master Plumbing License; an Associates / Bachelor's Degree in Construction related fields or Engineering is preferred but not required.
    • OSHA 30 Training

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
