What this Role will Do:
The Project Manager is completely responsibility for projects with designated clients from overseeing and verifying construction estimates, complete knowledge of proposal and narratives developed in design, project execution and completion with a smooth transition of end user relationship to service department.
Efficient, appropriate, and respectful use of available resources (e.g., estimating, engineering, general superintendent, purchasing, and administrative groups) to leverage and maximize capabilities, including training of assistant project managers as appropriate and available.
Relationships with designated clients (including the owner and general contractor constituents) are based on trust and confidence.
