We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Engineering Manager to lead our Engineering team. The successful

candidate will play a key role in overseeing the development and execution of structural designs and engineering

processes. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to drive innovation and excellence in our engineering efforts.

Responsibilities:

•  Lead a team of 2-3 engineering professionals providing guidance, coaching, and development.
• - Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on achieving cutting edge industry designs.
• - Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects.
• - Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
• - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate other considerations into overall project plans.
• - Direct and participate in the creation of structural designs for various projects, ensuring compliance with industry, standards, codes, and regulations.
• - Review and optimize structural designs for efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
• - Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in structural design and incorporate them into project strategies.
• - Oversee the development and improvement of engineering processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to ,best practices.
• - Integrate process engineering considerations into product development and manufacturing processes.
• - Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall manufacturing effectiveness.
• - Maintain a high level of technical proficiency in structural design and process engineering principles.
• - Act as a technical resource for the team, providing guidance on complex engineering challenges.
• - Stay informed about industry advancements and incorporate relevant technologies into engineering practices.

Requirements

•  -Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
• - Structural design and process engineering, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or managerial role
• - Proficient in 2D CAD (AutoCAD). 3D modeling experience preferred
• - Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft office suite
• - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• - Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• - Be able to collaborate with a multifunctional team from sales, operations, and logistics
• - Accurate and precise attention to detail
• - Creative innovator, thinker, and planner
