Overview:
Project Manager will develop, estimate, organize, manage and complete complex pipefitting and process piping projects. Project outcome goal is to complete the project on time, on budget, in accordance with contract, and leave a satisfied customer looking to come back for repeat business.
Responsibilities:
Work with project manager team to complete an assigned project on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency
Make site visits to Food/Dairy & Industrial Plants for project review and develop project scope
Develop and estimate project and manage project through completion
Conduct cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project
Prepare and Implement a budget based on estimates
Conduct risk assessments; report identified risks to management; provide recommendations for mitigation of risk
Address questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout project
Act as a liaison between company, customers and vendors
Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practice
Perform other duties as assigned

Through understanding of steam & condensate systems as well as process piping

Education and Experience:
prefer a Bachelor's degree in related field, which may include Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management
At Least 5 years of related experience in the field preferred
