West Mechanical of Bellingham is looking for a motivated, skilled Residential HVAC Service Technician to perform maintenance and demand service for our residential and light commercial customers.

Work Hours: 7:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday to Friday; evenings and weekends as needed; on-call rotation required

Pay Range: $31.00/hr. to $44.00/hr. - Depending on Experience

Required Qualifications:

• Experienced service technician; Level 3, 4, or 5 service technician skill set
• Valid driver's license with clean, insurable driving record
• Universal EPA Certification
• Low voltage license
• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience making repair and replacement decisions.
• Advanced customer service skills.
• Acquire NATE certifications within one year of employment.
• Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles.
• Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques.

Qualifications desired:

• Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School
• NATE Certified
