Estimates work load to establish completion dates. Being a Mechanical Engineering Technician requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Mechanical Engineering Technician may require 0-1 year of general work experience. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Function:
The Technician will work independently, receiving general instruction from Project Managers and Engineers for desired results. Most of the tasks will involve AutoCAD Civil-3D for the design and drafting of county projects, municipal work, commercial developments and residential sites.
