    Role Description

    This is a full-time role for a Digital Advertising Media Buyer located in New Orleans, LA. The Digital Advertising Media Buyer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including digital media strategy development, media planning, media buying, and communicating with clients. All digital platforms and unit sizes will be utilized while the role manages several client campaigns, across different industries, with budgets in the mid-six to seven figures. Responsibilities include the introduction of new ideas and creativity, through thinking that challenges the norm, setting the work apart. Flawless planning, launch and management of digital media campaigns, which exceed clients' goals. Continuous improvement on client/campaign; generating noticeable ROI improvement for KPIs that speak to business, not advertising, metrics. Foresight to anticipate opportunities and prevent (internal/external) impediments to success. Growth in skills and experience, individually delivering greater value to the client-agency relationship, clearly contributing to the lifting up of account teams, while making a mark on the agency.

    Responsibilities

    * Research and insight development for client industry/brand/product

    * Conduct team and client facing meetings

    * Vet and negotiate digital media vendors, platforms

    * Create Flowcharts around campaign initiatives that support client goals and KPIs

    * Create spec sheets for internal and external purposes

    * Set up media campaigns, including generating Insertion Orders, trafficking artwork

    * Launch and managing paid media campaigns, ensuring they deliver predicted results and adhere to budget parameters

    * Use ad server to manage campaigns

    * Create Google Analytics goals

    * Build UTM(s) in Excel, pixels

    * Optimize campaigns to increase performance and steer outcome

    * Create and deliver routine campaign performance reports to clients

    * Conduct associated accounting related functions, including review/approving media vendor invoices

    Qualifications

    * Media Planning, Media Strategy, and Media Buying skills

    * Analytical skills

    * Excellent communication skills

    * Experience in digital media buying and campaign management

    * Knowledge of advertising platforms and tools

    * Strong problem-solving abilities

    * Ability to work independently and within a team

    * Experience in the tourism, healthcare, food & beverage, consumer, or legal industries is a plus

    * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
