Media Buyer is responsible for maximizing the impact of advertising campaigns. Coordinates the development and execution of media and advertising plans that support the client's overall marketing strategy, tactics, message, and objectives. Being a Media Buyer uses analytics to design innovative strategies to ensure the client's marketing campaigns reach the target audience. Negotiates media buys, pricing, and media placement scheduling with vendors. Additionally, Media Buyer collaborates with stakeholders and vendors to execute plans and control pacing, optimization, and timelines for campaigns. Conducts research on new media strategies, platforms, and channels to utilize for future campaigns or ongoing campaign evolvement. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager. The Media Buyer work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. We're in search of a Paid Media Ads Buyer, with a strong focus on Google Ads and Facebook Ads. This role is tailored for someone who mirrors our commitment to excellence and quality, and who thrives in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns. A specialist in Google Ads, PPC, and Facebook Marketing, you'll bring creativity and analytical skills to boost our digital presence.
Responsibilities:
● Strategically manage and optimize end-to-end paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google, Bing, Facebook, and Instagram, with a particular focus on Google Ads and PPC strategies.
● Enhance campaign performance for significant results in sales and engagement, using your expertise in Google Ads and Facebook Marketing.
● Lead A/B testing to improve the effectiveness of our Google Ads and Facebook campaigns.
● Develop and implement effective email marketing strategies and landing pages.
● Collaborate with our digital team, leveraging your skills in Google Ads, Facebook Marketing, and PPC to develop captivating ad copies.
● Analyze campaign data to formulate innovative strategies, ensuring consistency and accuracy in all our Google Ads and Facebook Marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
● At least 5 years of strategic and hands-on experience in media planning, buying, and full funnel paid media programming across digital channels, including connected Google, SEM, social media (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X)
● Proven track record of managing large advertising budgets, ideally exceeding $50,000 a month, with a focus on optimizing spend to achieve specific business objectives.
● Ability to strategize, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns to drive traffic, and engagement, and manage revenue. Experience with in-house marketing is preferred.
● Strong analytical skills to produce detailed analysis of campaigns and develop reports that map back to key objectives. Experience with marketing analytics, campaign insights, measurement, and performance optimization.
● Deep knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem, including tracking, optimizations, and working with external partners to execute initiatives.
● Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think out of the box to connect with audiences. Comfortable working across various initiatives and managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
● Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
