Role Responsibilities:

• Manage and succeed in paid media accounts, overseeing 20-30 accounts actively.
• Execute traffic strategies for scalable, irresistible offers.
• Identify and resolve constraints and blockers through funnel adjustments and strategic marketing solutions.
• Develop and define optimization strategies for enhancing campaign performance.
• Act as a strong, confident voice within the department, aiming to achieve superior results through teamwork.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers (CSM) and Account Managers to ensure consistent results and client satisfaction.
• Exhibit tech savviness in setting up and designing landing pages, conversion tracking, and onboarding clients to tracking tools.
• Conduct weekly creative analysis and audits, communicating findings through Loom video reports to clients.
• Participate in daily check-ins with Account Manager/Client Success Manager and attend weekly update meetings to stay aligned with team goals.
• Provide constructive feedback on systems and operations to aid the continuous development of our core products.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Media Buyer or similar role in digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of paid media strategy and execution across various platforms (Facebook, Google, YouTube, TikTok)
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data.
• Strong communication and reporting skills, with proficiency in tools like Loom for video reporting.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of organization and an eye for detail.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
