As the Social Media Coordinator for Future Legends Complex and its resident teams, including the NOCO Owlz, NOCO Hailstorm FC, and NOCO Rain FC, you will lead efforts to shape the brand, image, and overall awareness. Your role involves crafting and executing social media strategies across various platforms to engage audiences and promote the Complex and its teams. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage original content for Future Legends Complex social media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and social media best practices to continually refine strategies.
• Develop a vision for cross-promotion across multiple channels, integrating professional sports teams into the Complex's brand strategy.
• Execute the Marketing Content Calendar on a weekly/monthly basis, spotlighting in-house tournaments, leagues, non-sporting events, and departmental highlights.
• Contribute to the design, maintenance, and optimization of the Future Legends website.
• Assist in community relations efforts in Northern Colorado through experiential campaigns and advertising.
• Contribute to strategy development for expanding the Future Legends brand into regional and national markets.
• Collaborate with Tournament, Event, Sponsorship, and Facilities departments to ensure alignment with marketing efforts.
• Uphold Future Legends brand standards across all content and marketing materials.
• Prioritize customer experience, both digital and in-person, to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Remain flexible and adaptable to evolving role and business needs.

Requirements

Experience, Skills, and Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Sports Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, communications, community relations, social media, or a similar role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of sports, with a focus on the youth space.
• Experience in sports-specific business administration, budgeting, marketing, sales, and operations.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for content creation and design.
• Familiarity with website management, CRM platforms, and email marketing software.
• Strong proficiency in online database and document management.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with teammates, external partners, and customers.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy in all tasks.
• Ability to make quick and logical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working long hours, weekends, outdoors, on your feet, and capable of lifting up to 50lbs.

Additional Requirements:

• Reliable transportation to commute to Future Legends Complex.
• Availability to work 15-20hrs/week including evenings and weekends.
