Media Coordinator is responsible for placing, confirming and monitoring media orders. May assist in research for the development of the media plan. Being a Media Coordinator is primarily an administrative role. May require a bachelor's/associate's degree in area of specialty and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Additionally, Media Coordinator has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. ABOUT THIS POSITION
· Coordinates workflow of advertising projects
· Maintains advertising inventory status and availability on a real-time basis
· Liaises with production team and transit personnel to schedule ad installations and removals
· Supports sales team by inputting advertisers into CRM, assigning projects and setting up workflows
· Updates and maintains advertising and production rate schedules across all platforms for all markets
· Generates innovative solutions by approaching problems with curiosity and an open mind
· Performs administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, estimates, scheduling meetings, etc.
· Assists in various projects, meet deadlines, and handle multiple priorities
QUALIFICATIONS
· Excellent project management skills
· Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
· Advanced knowledge of Excel and Google products
· Comfortable with learning new online platforms
· Ability to summarize complex business concepts into both written and oral communications
