Job Summary: 

NRG Media in Omaha is hiring a Digital Coordinator with experience and expertise to help our team of Account Executives create and optimize digital marketing campaigns for new and existing client partners. The Digital Coordinator will be a valued resource in a fast-paced role, working with Account Executives to identify campaign strategy with a prospect or client, and then create, launch, and optimize campaigns to meet client KPIs. The Digital Coordinator will be a key collaborator in campaign development, storyboarding creation for display ads, and reporting results to clients. You will also partner with Account Executives to increase their level of understanding of digital campaign strategies. If you like creativity, numbers, and an ability to think through different scenarios all with an eye toward optimizing digital campaign metrics, this might be for you. 

Requirements

· Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns.

· Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics and prepare reports.

· Create engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms.

· Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to align content with overall strategies.

· Update and maintain client websites with accurate and current information.

· Coordinate with web developers to implement necessary changes and improvements.

· Create and execute email marketing campaigns.
· Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and preparing documents.

· Assist in the creation of sales presentations and promotional materials.

· Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing and sales efforts.

· Collaborate with external vendors and agencies as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Minimum two to three years of experience in creating and optimizing general digital marketing strategies (Geofencing, Targeted    Display, SEM, OTT/CTV, Social Media, etc.) 

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficient in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and CRM systems.

· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
