We are seeking a Website Development Coordinator and Social Media Manager to manage our online presence.
In this role, you will oversee our social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram. You will also update and manage facility websites while adhering to HIPPA guidelines.
Primary Responsibilities:
Maintain a posting calendar for Facebook and Instagram
Cultivate engagement with our followers and social media users
Grow our online brand through a multi-platform campaign
Assess our progress with tools like Google Analytics
Develop an implementation of website strategies and content
Create a well-rounded interactive and engaging online experience
Create digital assets for a variety of uses like social media graphics, brand campaigns, websites and video graphics
Be a visual storyteller by creating designs for web and social media platforms
Occasionally help team members with design projects outside of the digital scope
Be a champion for brand guidelines, specifically maintaining a clear and consistent brand style per platform/medium with all designs
Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
3 Years of experience producing custom digital content; accustomed to the speed of daily design production for the internet
Established ability to create and produce compelling stories; generate and execute ideas from concept to execution
Strong understanding of how current digital marketing channels function
A self-starter attitude with the ability to manage and coordinate projects with others
Have a keen eye for detail and highly creative
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors’ degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Web Design and development
Expert knowledge of web-based technologies, including familiarity with content management systems
Expert knowledge of HTML and CSS
Working knowledge of Java-Script
Experience planning and creating social media content and use of content management systems, specifically for web, SEO, Social Media and content
Strong writing skills
Familiarity with social media management platforms
Understanding of marketing automation tools
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Balance of strategic vision and tactical execution
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Savvy communication skills
Well organized
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficient in the use of approved software including but not limited to: Adobe CC, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Acrobat, WordPress, PHP, MYSQL
