Job Description:
This is a service contract for providing all labor, supervision, and transportation required to perform janitorial services at the Oahe Project Administration Building, Maintenance Building, and Powerhouse. This contract includes a base year and the possibility of renewal for four additional years, based on performance.

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily, weekly, monthly, and semiannual cleaning services to approximately 183,000 ft² of government facility space.
• Ensure quality control measures are in place and that all services meet or exceed the performance standards set out in the contract.
• Manage and provide all necessary personnel, adhering to high standards of professionalism and compliance with federal and state labor laws.
• Designate onsite contact for quality and performance issues, and ensure effective communication with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
• Handle all aspects of transportation and logistics required to perform the services efficiently.
• Abide by all safety and operational guidelines, ensuring team attire is appropriate and professional.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience and capability in managing large-scale janitorial contracts.
• Ability to provide all labor and supervision required without subcontracting unless previously approved by the Contracting Officer.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently to meet contract requirements.
• Must be compliant with safety manual EM 385-1-1 and all applicable labor laws.

Contract Details:

• Fixed-price, performance-based contract.
• Period of Performance: 15 April 2024 - 14 April 2029, including option years.
• Hours of operation are primarily 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
