General Summary:
The RMA Coordinator, based at our Fort Mill, SC, location, will be responsible for processing returned equipment and logging transactions into a computerized database. This role will also work closely with various internal and external departments to ensure data integrity communicating by phone, face-to-face and e-mail.
Attention to detail is a primary responsibility as are good written and verbal communication skills. The ability to navigate common business software is essential and required on a daily basis. The position also requires a good deal of physically moving, examining and packing of heavy equipment.
The job involves working primarily in a warehouse environment.
