Requirements for position:

• Licensed Architect with a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
• Technical skills in Revit and AutoCAD
• 15 years of experience preferred
• Previous experience in architectural project management of complex public projects including development of all phases of planning, programming, design, construction documents, bidding, and contract administration, including clear communication skills with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Experience with the public review process, regulatory agencies
• Knowledge of building and life safety codes
• Must be able to review and edit technical specifications
• Detail oriented and have a technical understanding of the construction experience (demonstrated knowledge of the technical aspects of new design and building technologies, historic-age building techniques is important); mid-century design knowledge and technologies is a plus
• Strong leadership, communications and organizational/people skills
• Self-starter; Ability to multi-task, create and maintain project work plans, schedules, and budgets
• Proven ability to manage clients and meet their expectations
• US citizen or permanent US resident
