Media Design Manager designs, plans, and directs the development and distribution of informational material across different types of media. Identifies target audience and analyzes media efficiency, ensures media design works appropriately. Being a Media Design Manager may assist in media plan implementation, apprises and modifies media design. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Media Design Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Media Design Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Media Design Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.     Position Description – Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities

    Store Signage
    Monthly Sign Program
    • Work with the Merchandising Department and graphic designer to create signage needed for the entire Kwik Fill chain’s monthly promotions.
    • Review the sign art files for content and accuracy.
    • Send sign inventory and final graphics files to be printed.
    Store Exterior/Interior Branding
    Exterior 
    • Gas canopies (coordinate graphics for new canopies / repairs as needed)
    • ID signs (work with the DA to complete LED conversion of all signs)
    • Window graphics (coordinate new / replacement graphics)
    Interior
    • Maintain interior branding of Kwik Fill locations (remodels / repairs)

    Digital Marketing
    Social Media
    • Monitor and maintain each of the Kwik Fill Social Media sites and pages: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
    • Create posts with the DA.
    • Monitor posts and messages (replying if necessary)

    Email Marketing Program
    • Schedule and execute Kwik Fill Email Marketing Campaigns
    • Maintain accuracy of Constant Contact mailing lists
    • Work with DA and graphic artist to create email content.

    Giveaway Programs
    • Create and implement with DA each monthly online giveaway.
    • Draw and notify winners.
    • Publish the winners on social media and KF website.

    Digital Media Advertising
    • Assist DA in creating and monitoring all digital advertising.
    • Work with digital media companies to place ads.
    • Update and maintain content on digital menu boards.
    • Prepare periodic reports.

    Kwik Fill Mobile App
    • Work with mobile app team to maintain content and functionality.
    • Assist the DA with growing the usage and functionality of the app. 

    General Advertising
    • Grand Openings

    • Monthly Charge Card Inserts
    • Newspaper Ads
    • Mailers
    • Print Fulfillment 
    • Store Specific Advertising

    Customer Service
    • Reply to all customer inquiries (phone, email, and website)

    • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

    Required Education and Experience:
    • At least two years’ related experience required.

    • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    • Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds at times.
