Identifies target audience and analyzes media efficiency, ensures media design works appropriately. Being a Media Design Manager may assist in media plan implementation, apprises and modifies media design. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Media Design Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Media Design Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Media Design Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. - The teacher is responsible for integrating various forms of literature, technology, and the dramatic arts to develop reading comprehension, public speaking, design thinking, and interpersonal skills, as well as verbal and non-verbal language skills.
- The teacher communicates with students' parents or guardians regarding the instructional program and student progress.
- The teacher is responsible for creating an environment of respect and rapport and establishing a culture for learning in which safety and order are the norms.
- The teacher will work in two different middle school settings teaching three courses General Media, Print Media Design, and Film Media Design.
- Ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) with parents, colleagues, administration and all other members of the educational community.
- Ability to instruct students effectively and capably.
- Ability to maintain emotional control under stress.
- Ability to use web-based programs, e-mail, and technology (laptop, Smartboard, etc.) effectively

Responsible To: Building Principal/Building Administration/T&L Department
Location: 1 Semester at Zion Central Middle School and 1 Semester at Shiloh Park Middle School
Evaluation: Evaluation to be shared between both Middle School Building Principal's or as assigned
