We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to oversee our garden and groundskeeping operations. As the Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of skilled professionals in maintaining and enhancing our landscape. Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the garden and groundskeeping team
- Plan, organize, and prioritize daily tasks and projects
- Perform landscape maintenance duties such as mowing, pruning, weeding, and planting
- Oversee tree care activities including trimming, removal, and disease management
- Ensure proper irrigation systems are in place to maintain healthy plants
- Maintain and build hardscape features such as pathways, retaining walls, and fences
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate landscaping efforts with ongoing projects
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies and equipment needed for landscaping tasks
- Train and develop team members to ensure high-quality workmanship
- Adhere to safety guidelines and promote a safe working environment

Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Extensive knowledge of irrigation maintenance and landscaping best practices
- Proficient in groundskeeping tasks including irrigation, lawn care, landscape installation
- Experience with 2 wire and 3 wire irrigation systems installation and maintenance
- Ability to operate relevant irrigation heavy equipment needed to get the job done
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions
- Strong attention to detail to ensure the highest level of quality in all irrigation tasks

Working Conditions:

* Work will be done both inside as well as outside, depending on task and in southern climates

* Division works Monday – Friday with the possibility of work on Saturdays depending on season and the workload.
