Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence and engage with our target audience. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Duties:
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Tik Tok
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to drive brand awareness and increase follower engagement
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in social media marketing
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all social media channels
- Manage social media advertising campaigns to maximize reach and engagement
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, bloggers, and other relevant industry professionals
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of content creation, public relations, graphic design, web research, Google Analytics, relationship management, branding, and social media marketing strategies
- Proficient in using social media management tools such as Buffer or Hootsuite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
