Florida Association of Court Clerks and Comptrollers/CiviTek Solutions, located in Tallahassee, Florida, is actively recruiting for Graphic Design and Social Media Specialist.

Florida Association of Court Clerks & Comptrollers is a statewide, non-profit member association. The association is comprised of the Florida Clerks of the Circuit Court and Comptrollers. FACC Services Group, LLC, dba CiviTek Solutions was established in 1991 to provide financial and technical services for the Clerks of Circuit Court and Comptrollers of the State of Florida. CiviTek is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Florida Association of Court Clerks, Inc. (FCCC). 

The Graphic Design and Social Media Specialist reports to the Director of Marketing and Communications for FCCC. This position develops graphics, content, and promotions for our association and is an integral part of the Marketing and Communications team. The Graphic Design and Social Media Specialist provides creative support for the communications team, executive leadership, and other FCCC departments. At the direction of the Director of Marketing and Communications and Deputy Director of Communications, this position will collaborate with subject matter experts to create, design, and execute marketing and communications deliverables for both external and internal facing communications.

Starting salary $60,000.00. Relocation assistance and sponsorship are not available. 

This position is located in Tallahassee, FL and is not a fully remote position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Graphic Design and Social Media Specialist will:

• Be responsible for designing graphics and drafting content FCCC’s monthly social media calendars and quarterly, external newsletter.
• Design promotional materials, including print media, social media, direct mail, online ads, and videos, in support of FCCC’s public-facing communications, including legislative and public affairs initiatives.
• Design internal promotions that support all FCCC departments.
• Manage FCCC brand templates, including PowerPoint and Word Document templates.
• Manage and contribute to FCCC’s public-facing website.
• Provide graphic design support for FCCC staff.
• Provide photography support where necessary.
• Maintain brand consistency across all media for marketing and communications initiatives.
• Design, schedule, coordinate, and execute promotional campaigns, including email newsletters, social media content, and online advertising where needed. 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

A passion for and the ability to produce creative and compelling ideas within tight deadlines. Ability to break down complex issues into simple, effective designs. Attention to detail is a MUST. Self-motivated and able to collaborate, ask the right questions, and take direction.

Ability to listen and synthesize into action, at the direction of a group/committee, to carry out directives in a politically sensitive manner, and to work independently with elected officials and their staff.

Excellent interpersonal skills. Requires excellent writing and verbal communication skills. This position will regularly communicate with C-Suite, Directors, and elected officials. 

Ability to do research and data analysis; problem solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as thrive in a team-based environment. Ability to deal with people and adapt and react quickly to changing circumstances.

Must have strong organizational skills, and the ability to provide follow-up.
